Refunds and Cancellations

Payments for Better Capes Premium are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

All refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and consumer rights relating to purchases are handled exclusively by Paddle and are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions.

The Company does not process refunds directly and does not define, restrict, approve, or deny refund eligibility. All refund-related inquiries must be directed to Paddle through their official support channels.
