Content Rules

Better Capes is used by a wide audience, including minors. To keep the Service safe and respectful, all uploaded custom cape images (and any other user-submitted textures/content) must follow the rules below.

Rules

• No promotion of drug use.
• No pornographic imagery.
• No sexism, racism, or fascism.
• No NSFW/NSFL images.
• No promotion of content not suitable for minors.

Respectable Content Requirement

Textures should be kept respectable. Content that is sexual, excessively violent, hateful, extremist, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate is not allowed.

Enforcement

Failure to follow these rules may result in moderation actions, including removal of content and temporary or permanent account bans.

If an account is suspended or permanently banned due to rule violations, access to Better Capes Premium features may be revoked for the duration of the ban or permanently. Premium subscriptions are tied to compliance with these rules.

In the event of a ban resulting from violations of these rules, remaining subscription time may be forfeited.

We may enforce these rules at our discretion to protect the community and comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
