Payments and Third-Party Processing

Payments for Better Capes Premium are processed by Paddle, which acts as the authorized Merchant of Record. When making a purchase, certain personal data (such as email address, billing information, and transaction details) is collected and processed by Paddle in accordance with their own Privacy Policy and Buyer Terms.

The Company does not store or process payment card details.

Multiplayer Visibility

Better Capes is a multiplayer visual feature. When You are online:

• Other Better Capes users can see the cape You selected
• If You upload a custom cape, the image is shared with other players so it can be rendered in-game

No additional personal information is shared with other users.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Personal Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

• IP addresses and technical logs are retained for a limited period for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics, and are then deleted or anonymized.
• Cape-related data is stored while actively in use.
